Reporting a Data Issue
Accuracy matters more to me than anything else on this site, so a report about a wrong number is the most valuable email I can get. To help me fix it quickly, please include:
- The exact calculator or page where you saw the problem
- What you expected to see compared with what actually appeared
- The browser and device you were using
I aim to investigate reported data problems within 48 hours.

If your question is about how a specific tool works or where its formula comes from, you may find a faster answer in the FAQ section near the bottom of each calculator page. Every tool explains its method, its accuracy, and how to read the result.
Response Time
I try to reply to all inquiries within one to two business days. If something is time sensitive, add the word URGENT to your subject line so it rises to the top.
